Welcome to Walsall Children’s Services.  You have joined a dynamic service which is responding to the national change agenda to ensure that we deliver the very best outcomes for our children, young people and their families.

Good quality induction into your individual role and to the service as a whole is an entitlement for all new colleagues and we aim to ensure that this supports you both practically and in terms of your professional needs.

We recognise that new starters to the children's workforce bring with them a wealth of experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications. As such, it may not be necessary for all new starters to undertake all elements under the learning log.
